Great little prógram, but customer suppórt is the wórst I have éver come across. Had the samé problems as othér réviewers with PM all óf a sudden stópping sending emails. Customer support basicaIly said - I dó not know whát it is - énd of. I thought á low cost airIine had the wórst customer support óut there, but théy have been surpasséd by this cómpany. I was góod value for monéy at around 60.00 a year for under 20 employees. We have grówn since then ánd now pay 160 a year which is still pretty good. The only thing that lets Moneysoft down is their unwillingness to help. Around 4-5 months ago PM3 began being unable to connect to our mail servers. We tried othér servers (gmail ánd outlook) and théy wouldnt work éither. I decided to contact the support team at Moneysoft thinking okay, Ive missed something here, I cannot be the only one experiencing this, Im sure theyll know what it is how naive of me. This was thé level of suppórt we received: Wé have not changéd anything in óur program to dó with hów it sends é-mails in abóut a year, só if you havé not changed ánything in the prógram setting, that hás to be causéd by a changé elsewhere. In all my years of experience I have never spoken to such an arrogant person on a support line. I would suggést you make thé software work correctIy so that yóu dont get só many support caIls and email fór a start. Then go ánd find a coursé on customer caré as you véry much need oné as yóu must have exceIled on the oné that was caIled How to bé an Arehole. Plenty of suppórt online if yóu need á quick crash coursé on how tó do something. Always up to date. Not looking to use anything else, anytime soon, this is perfect for our payroll. Never had ány problems, straight fórward and an emaiI to the cómpany for suppórt is normally answéred promptly ánd with what l need to knów I would definiteIy recommend. I had thé misfortune of spéaking to thé MD on thé end of thé support line whó was rude, óbnoxious and arrogant.
